I love Techno music, also. I like your first song by “Routemaster Records”!
I’ve really never heard anyone talk about Europe’s healthcare situation over here, but Canada has a fairly good set up, too.
Thanks for the best of health wishes! I do appreciate them!I’m so very happy that I currently have my liver cancer under control and in check! I should have been gone a long time ago, but know that God must really need me here for something great in my near future for Him to have kept my life going as long as He has.
It started out with only Hepatitis-C in 1994, but I wasn’t aware of my condition until 1999 during a blood test to see why my liver enzymes were so high. This condition is what led to me developing liver cancer, but like I said, I’m so happy it’s under control.
I have a wonderful daughter and a gorgeous son now and both are as healthy as an Ox! I’m so very proud of both of them for being who they are and for my second child, Kyle, who’s such a very kind and giving little boy!
I couldn’t ask for more!!! I’m in love with my kids and they’re both in love with me and this makes me grateful to be alive and to wake up each and every morning having them both on my mind. ~~~~~December 25, 2012 at 1:57 am in reply to: Wind chill of 35 degrees below zero Fahrenheit and my walk this morning ~~~ #1264360Sioux Falls, South Dakota is where I currently live because of the great doctors they have here. Alaska is fairly remote and only has a few, limited specialists who deal with my liver cancer. I return to Alaska to see my kids and grand kids roughly every other month.
I hope to one day be able to permanently live back in Alaska again. Thanks so very much and I hope this year’s Christmas is your best ever!!!

Okeedokee ~~~
I see it now. Thanks for the reply!
I’ll have to wait until I get paid on January 1st before I can subscribe, though. I really enjoy this website and want to be as loyal as I can for its benefits and friends that it supplies me with. Will work for food signs ~~~
Although I’ve ridden freight trains since 1989, I’ve always been able to find a day labor job, or by going door to door asking for yard work and so on. Although I have flown a sign on very rare occasions when times were especially tough out there on the road, my sign has always asked for work and not handouts.
I mostly see “homeguards” flying signs, but I will occasionally spot a hitcher or hobo flying their sign for free handouts.
I once gave a guy holding his sign a five dollar bill then waited to see what/where he went afterwards and sure enough this guy went right to the liquor store. I’ve done my fair share of drinking and pills, but have always managed to find work, even while partially intoxicated. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing to fly a sign, but to me it’s just degrading and embarrassing to just sit on ones butt with a cardboard sign and not have to struggle or lift one finger to get paid, except lifting their hand to receive their unearned handout. Just write, :Need a few hours of work” on your sign.PS…………a homeguard is a homeless person who just stays in one town all his/her life and either stays at the mission as a missionite or sleeps under his special bridge. A missionite is a person who lives at a homeless shelter all their life.

Hello, Cilla ~~~
Welcome aboard! I just joined this website myself only a few days ago and really like it here. You’re from the Houston area, eh? I graduated high school in Port Arthur, Texas, and was born in Freeport, Texas and lived in Lake Jackson, Texas, until we moved to Arkansas then Louisiana. Of course we moved a total of 26 times by the time I graduated high school in 1989.
I’ve also lived in Alaska for a while and Alaska has been my most favorite location on Earth!!!I hope you enjoy this website as much as I do!

Thanks a lot for that free avatar re-sizer, brotherman! Seems like it worked. Can I also just use one of my hobo train photos as my avatar?
Thanks ~~~~~~It’s also an animated avatar and seems like I can’t get it to animate either???
Okeedokee, “thelog”………….Looks as if I finally got it the way I want it. Thanks for the avatar information and all!~ “Shoestring” ~~~~~~~~~~~
I think I’m getting the hang of this forum now. So, here’s a hobo train hopping photo of me that I like very much ~~~~~~

This is a photo of me waiting on my freight train to leave Fargo, North Dakota last summer. This boxcar rode great since it also poured cats & dogs all that night and I stayed high and dry inside my rolling hotel. My forum power?
Well, I don’t lie, especially when it comes to somebody in need of information on opiates since I’ve been there, done that for so long and I offer only my best and honest advice & opinions. I stopped hopping freight trains just a couple of years ago and now live in a nice apartment and live alone and loneliness is a disease all in itself! That’s why I’m great with people and I love to talk to people since I have a severe case of social anxiety and I rarely ever leave my apartment now and it’s really getting to me mentally not having anyone to communicate with. One thing’s for sure,…..I’ll never do you wrong nor will I ever lie to anyone. ~~~~~~~~
This is a photo of me climbing on board a locomotive for a warm and dry ride from Alexandria, Louisiana to Houston, Texas.
What a blast it is to hop a freight train anywhere in North America and just sit back and enjoy the awesome countryside as the scenery passes me by and nobody else on Earth knows I’m there but me and God!Yes I certainly will try and have a great day and thank you very much, too ~~~

I promise you I’m anything but the police; that’s a fact ~~~~~~~~
If I were the police, I sure wouldn’t be hopping freight trains in my earlier years. Here’s one of my most scariest YouTube videos I’ve ever made as I enter the second longest rail tunnel in North America by riding on a freight train through the Flathead Tunnel in Montana. I’ll see if I can get it up now……..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CiQ4s8Hibu8
Pink Floyd’s “Division Bell” album as well as his “Final Cut” album. They’re so tranquil and soothing to hear! ~~~~~~
You also have an extraordinary evening too, Dr. Bunsen.
